Leading iGaming supplier BetGames has announced the appointment of Maciej Smolarek as its new Chief Technology Officer, further strengthening its executive leadership team as the company enters a new phase of strategic growth.
Smolarek brings to the role over a decade of experience in software development and engineering leadership, with a proven track record in building high-performance, sustainable development teams. Since entering the gaming industry in 2016, he has held key positions including R&D Director of Business Applications at Huuuge Games and CTO at industry heavyweight Yggdrasil.

His deep expertise in launching scalable, agile RNG (Random Number Generator) products positions him perfectly to support BetGames’ ambitious plans to diversify and enhance its RNG content offering. In his new role, Smolarek will lead efforts to elevate the quality, stability, and overall user experience of BetGames’ product suite, while driving innovation across both the RNG and Live Casino verticals.
